Mens State League Program 2012 Print E-mail
Mens State League - Mens State League - General News

The Men's State League program for the 2012 season will commence on Wednesday 18 January at the Hawker Oval, Murranji St, Hawker.

Training will be:

  • Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30pm; and
  • Sundays from 4:00 - 5:30pm.
In anticipation of a restructure of the Premier League in 2013, which will see the Premier Pathways League move into the State League One competition, the club will be fielding a State League 2 team in 2012.  This team will complement the Premier League teams and provide an important additional pathway into our Premier League Team.  To maximise developmental and playing opportunities it is intended that players will interact between our State League 2 team and our PPL /PL 18 and PL 16 teams.  The State League 2 team will be coached by Ben Sheard and Adrian Harris.

Training will be open to all players, regardless of capability and team.  New players are always welcome.  Players wishing to be considered for the State League 2 team should notify either Ben or Adrian on arrival.  Individual team training will commence after the Gala Day.

The club will be holding a Gala Day on the 25 February 2012.  The Gala Day will include a 6-a-side tournament as well as coincide with a Registration Day.
