The Belconnen PL team qualified for the Federation Cup quarter finals on the weekend after beating Weston 3-0 on Saturday. Goals from Tai Smith and 2 from Danny Macor were enough for the Devils on an ordinary UC pitch.

In a good all round performance, some excellent matches were played by debutant Jack Blackely, Cam Reinhart and Callum Beaton.

The win, couple with Canberra FC's small victory over Tuggeranong means Belconnen topped their group and go into the quarters playing second placed in group A, Olympic.

The match will be played on Sunday at Hawker at 2pm.
