Belconnen, at reopened McKellar, dominated their round 3 fixtures v Cooma/Marist last weekend with the visitors only picking up points in the 18PL fixture.

With the new surface unleashed for the first time, and looking nothing short of brilliant, the 16s took little time becoming the first scorers since the reopening taking 30 seconds to open their 2010 account, after goaless first 2 matches.

The 16s went on to win comfortably 9-0.

The 18s went down 1-5 however the score flattered the visitors with the home team putting in a much improved effort from the last 2 weeks.

The PPL were much the better team in their game but had to wait for a penalty midway through the second half to score the winning goal in a 1-0 victory.

The PL played a game of 2 halves being excellent in the first half and not so great in the second. In the end they got the 3 points from a 3-1 victory.
